LAW Plan subscriptions and other legal services are provided subject to all
applicable attorney ethics rules, including conflict of interest rules.
LAW Plan subscriptions shall become effective on the date payment therefor
is received by Earle Law Offices, and run continuously thereafter for 365
days.
Acceptance by Earle Law Offices of LAW Plan subscription requests shall be
subject to the sole discretion of Earle Law Offices.
Payments for LAW Plan subscriptions are in the nature of a "true" or "classic"
retainer and, thus, shall be deemed earned when paid, and, except as
otherwise provided herein, are non-refundable. Payment for LAW Plan
subscriptions which are not accepted by Earle Law Offices, however, shall
be refunded.
Telephone consultations shall be scheduled during normal business hours.
Documents for which review is requested must be submitted by email to
Earle Law Offices, in Adobe pdf format, prior to the telephone consultation.
Whether documents submitted for LAW Plan review constitute "basic legal
documents" for the purpose of LAW Plan review shall be within the sole
discretion of Earle Law Offices.
LAW Plan telephone consultations which exceed 15 minutes shall be
considered second, third, or fourth LAW Plan consultations, as the case may
be depending on the total duration of the consultation the number of prior
telephone consultations during the subscription period..
LAW Plan telephone consultations which are not used during any LAW Plan
subscription period shall not be carried over into any other LAW Plan
subscription period.
Telephone calls which exceed LAW Plan time allotments shall be billed to
Law Plan subscribers at prevailing hourly rates. LAW Plan subscribers
hereby agree to pay any such fees within 30 days of billing.
LAW Plan ten percent discount on legal fees applies only to new legal
matters for which representation is first provided during a LAW Plan
subscription.
LAW Plan ten percent discount shall apply only to new legal matters in which
the identity of the purchaser of the LAW Plan subscription and the identity of
the client in the new legal matter are identical.
LAW Plan discount shall be applied after any and all other discounts, and
applies only to legal fees. Costs, of whatever nature, shall not be
discounted.
LAW Plan discount shall not apply unless any balance due is paid in full
within 30 days of when such balance first becomes due and payable.
LAW Plan discount shall not apply to any legal matter for which attorney fees
are set, determined, or controlled by statute or for which court approval or
court order must be sought or obtained.

shall be billed in accordance with the separate fee agreement for that
matters, notwithstanding applicability of the LAW Plan discount to billing for
such separate matter.
